Terms and Conditions:
1. | Offers will not apply to returned defective products where the customer opted for a refund instead of a replacement. Any free item received shall be returned/surrendered to Samsung in good condition if products purchased are returned and a refund was given by Samsung. |
2. | The free item/s shall be delivered to the customer’s preferred delivery address as indicated in the RMS. Samsung reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations that it deems unsafe or unreachable. In this case, another delivery address shall be asked of the customer to provide. |
3. | Samsung shall not be liable for failure of the customer to redeem free item/s due to factors beyond Samsung’s control. |
4. | Samsung will not be liable for and will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen gifts. |
5. | Samsung reserves the right to reject any redemption when (i) redemption documents are incomplete or not in accordance with the form prescribed by Samsung and, in any or both instances, customer is not able to complete or comply with the prescribed format within the redemption period, (ii) any and/or all of the redemption documents is/are falsified, tampered or fraudulent in any way, and (iii) if Samsung believes in its sole discretion that the redemption is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. |
6. | For authorized representatives who will receive the free item/s, kindly present an authorization letter from the customer with a copy of his / her valid ID and a copy of the authorized representative’s valid ID. Alternatively, the authorized representative may simply present the delivery code sent to the customer via email. |

Trade in, Trade up
Pre-Qualification:
1. | Customer must trade in and trade up an old or used device via InstaCash app >, which can be downloaded via Google Play. InstaCash is an instant mobile selling platform, owned by CompAsia, on which customer can trade-in or sell their used/old smartphones |
2. | The InstaCash app will diagnose the customer’s old phone and accurately determine the best resale value given the phone’s condition and functionality. |
3. | Customer must complete all the necessary trade in and trade up InstaCash app requirements. |
4. | After customer completes the necessary steps within the app, customer will receive a call from CompAsia’s customer representative within 24 hours. They may be asked for more images or answers to certain inquiries. |
5. | An initial assessment receipt will be received by the customer after this and subsequently, CompAsia will schedule the pick-up of the customer’s phone from their residence within three (3) working days. |
6. | Pick-up address must be within National Capital Region only. |
7. | Once confirmed, customer will receive a final email confirmation/receipt from the CompAsia transaction that will contain the IMEI of the device traded in as well as the Samsung Discount Number. |
8. | Customer will receive the value of their old device from CompAsia via their settlement option of choice (PayMaya or Partner banks). |
9. | Customer must then recontract for a Smart Signature, Signature 5G, or Infinity Plan with Samsung Galaxy Flip3 5G as device bundled. |
Qualified Subscribers:
1. | This promo is open to renewing Smart subscribers who will avail of a Smart Signature, Signature 5G, or Infinity Plan with Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G via our Smart Stores, Satellite Branches, or Relationship Managers within the National Capital Region only. |
2. | Customer must have completed the whole CompAsia Trade-in, Trade-up transaction (from InstaCash app fulfillment to device pick-up to CompAsia physical confirmation) and have a confirmation email of this transaction from CompAsia within the promo period. This will take a minimum of three (3) days. Maximum number of days will depend on how soon a customer completes each step of the transaction. |
3. | Customer must renew for a Smart Signature, Signature 5G, or Infinity Plan within the promo period. |
