2. Customer submits required documents and gets approved within the availment period.
3. If customer ordered online, customer selects direct delivery.
4. Customer receives the selected device based on the delivery date indicated after the order.
5. Other guidelines:
a. For direct delivery:
i. Is delivery free of charge? Yes. Delivery is free of charge.
ii. If the customer is not around, can an authorized representative receive the item? Only customer can receive the item, unless the customer advised Globe that an authorized representative will receive the order.
iii. What should the customer present to receive the package? A valid ID of the customer or of the representative, whichever name is indicated during the process.
iv. Is there a receiving form that customer will be provided after receipt of item? Yes, there is a delivery note that needs to be signed.
6. Customer may claim their purchased Galaxy Z Flip3 5G unit from Globe.
7. Customer gets the bundle freebie, depending on the device purchased as indicated below. Freebie allocations and colors are limited. Freebies are dependent on the type of postpaid subscriber, which channel it was applied and date of postpaid application & approval. Date of postpaid application and approval and must fall within the promo period.

Pre-Qualification:

1. Customer must trade in an old or used device via Instacash app. InstaCash is an instant mobile selling platform, owned by CompAsia, on which customer can trade-in or sell their used/old smartphones, when purchasing a new phone.
2. Customer’s pickup address for the trade-in with CompAsia must be within NCR

4. The InstaCash app will diagnose the customer’s old phone and accurately determine the best resale value given the phone’s condition and functionality.
5. Customer must complete all the necessary trade in and trade up Instacash app requirements.
6. After customer completes the necessary steps within the app, customer will receive a call from CompAsia’s customer representative within 24 hours. They may be asked for more images or answers to certain inquiries.
7. An initial assessment receipt will be received by the customer after this and subsequently, CompAsia will schedule the pick-up of the customer’s phone from their residence within 3 working days.
8. Once confirmed, customer will receive a final email confirmation/receipt from the CompAsia transaction that will contain the IMEI of the device traded in as well as the Globe voucher code to be used in the Globe Online Shop for a GPlan application.
9. Customer will receive the value of their old device from CompAsia via GCash, Partner Banks or Paymaya.
10. Customer must then apply/ recontract for a Globe G Plan / G Plan PLATINUM with Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G to get access to the additional PHP 7,200 special trade-in cashout.

Qualified Subscribers:

1. This promo is open to new and renewing Globe subscribers who will avail of a Globe G Plan/ The PLATINUM PLAN with Samsung Galaxy Flip3 5G via our Globe online (Globe website), Platinum Relationship Managers, Globe Store.
2. Customer must have completed the whole CompAsia Trade-in, Trade-up transaction (from InstaCash app fulfillment to device pick-up to CompAsia physical confirmation) and have a confirmation email of this transaction from CompAsia within the promo period. This will take a minimum of 3 days. Maximum number of days will depend on how soon a customer completes each step of the transaction.
3. Customer must also apply for a Globe G Plan/ The PLATINUM PLAN within the promo period.
