How do I pre-order in selected retail stores?
1.
Customer pre-orders from a participating store by paying ₱3,000 down payment for any Galaxy S24 series (Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy S24+ and/or Galaxy S24) within the promo period of January 18 – February 6, 2024.
a.
Down payment can be paid in store via cash or straight payment via credit card.
b.
Down payment can also be paid via online bank transfer to the account of the chosen store
i.
Only select stores are offering this payment option.
ii.
Upon clicking on “Pay via bank transfer”, account details of the chosen store will be provided.
iii.
After payment has been made, a transfer confirmation screenshot must be uploaded in the portal as proof of payment within 72 hours.
Important: Customer must only click on “Pay via bank transfer” if they want to pay online. In any case that they suddenly decide to do the downpayment in the store, they must update their chosen payment option in the portal.
c.
Customer may visit https://www.samsung.com/ph/galaxys24preorder to reserve any Galaxy S24 Series (Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy S24+ and/or Galaxy S24) and has 72 hours to make the down payment to secure their pre-order.
2.
Upon confirmation of down payment, customer will receive an e-mail to schedule their pick-up.
3.
Customer gets a Free memory upgrade as part of the pre-order offer. Memory upgrade is applicable within model series only. Upgrade cannot jump from one series to another (ex. Upgrade from Galaxy S24+ to Galaxy S24 Ultra is not accepted).

When can I claim my pre-order?
Claiming dates for customers will be divided into four (3) batches per region, depending on when they settled the down payment for their pre-order:
