Customer renews ThePLAN / The PLATINUM PLAN with the Samsung Galaxy S21/S21+/S21 Ultra 5G on March 15-28, 2021

Customer submits required documents and gets approved within the availment period.

If customer ordered online, customer selects direct delivery.
|
5. |
Customer receives the selected device based on the delivery date indicated after the order.

For direct delivery:

Is delivery free of charge? Yes. Delivery is free of charge.

ii. |
If the customer is not around, can an authorized representative receive the item? Only customer can receive the item, unless the customer advised Globe that an authorized representative will receive the order.

What should the customer present to receive the package? A valid ID of the customer or of the representative, whichever name is indicated during the process.

Is there a receiving form that customer will be provided after receipt of item? Yes, there is a delivery note that needs to be signed.

Customer gets the Free Wireless Charger Trio as the bundle freebie. Freebie allocations and colors are limited. Freebies are dependent on the type of postpaid subscriber, which channel it was applied and date of postpaid application & approval. Date of postpaid application and approval and must fall within the promo period.

Customer may claim their purchased S21 Ultra 5G / S21+ 5G / S21 5G unit from Globe.

9. |
Customers will be able to redeem their freebie from Globe.
