Customer submits required documents and gets approved within the availment period.

If customer ordered online, customer selects direct delivery.
|
5. |
Customer receives the selected device based on the delivery date indicated after the order.

For direct delivery:

i. |
Is delivery free of charge? Yes. Delivery is free of charge.
|
ii. |
If the customer is not around, can an authorized representative receive the item? Only customer can receive the item, unless the customer advised Globe that an authorized representative will receive the order.

iii. |
What should the customer present to receive the package? A valid ID of the customer or of the representative, whichever name is indicated during the process.
|
iv. |
Is there a receiving form that customer will be provided after receipt of item? Yes, there is a delivery note that needs to be signed.

7. |
Customer may claim their purchased Galaxy S21 unit from Globe.
|
8. |
Customer gets the FREE Galaxy Buds Pro or FREE Galaxy Buds Live, and inclusion of a FREE 25W PD Adapter worth ₱949, as the bundle freebie, depending on the S21 device purchased as indicated below. Freebie allocations and colors are limited. Freebies are dependent on the type of postpaid subscriber, which channel it was applied and date of postpaid application & approval. Date of postpaid application and approval and must fall within the promo period.

Specific to Galaxy S21 5G purchases, customers must follow the step by step procedure in the Samsung Redemption Management Website to claim the freebie item.

Customers can redeem their freebie until July 31, 2021 on the Samsung Redemption Website.

Globe Postpaid customers must upload the following:

Screenshot of the device IMEI.
|
b. |
Valid ID (matches name on the Official Receipt).
|
c. |
Official Postpaid application acknowledgement received by Customer (SMS Screenshot or E-mail Screenshot, matches name on the Valid ID).

12. |
The freebie items shall be delivered to the customer’s registered address.
|
13. |
The customer shall not be able to redeem their free item at the Globe store where the phone or handset was purchased.

14. |
Delivery lead time upon successful validation of redemption documents (validation lead time of 7-14 working days):

a. |
Metro Manila: 7 working days
|
b. |
Luzon: 10 working days
|
c. |
Visayas / Mindanao: 12 working days

*Delivery of freebie lead times indicated above assumes that delivery location is NOT under Enhanced Community Quarantine or Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ/MECQ). Otherwise, delays in delivery is expected.
