Registration on Samsung.com and Samsung Shop App

1.

Customer registers to get updates on the next Galaxy Flagship device from January 7-22, 2025 on Samsung Galaxy Unpacked Registration Page to get an exclusive e-voucher:
 

a.

₱3,000 e-voucher unique code for partial registrations or customers who will register by inputting the required information only (email). This unique code will be sent via email on January 23, 2025.

b.

₱5,000 e-voucher unique code for complete registrations or customers who will register by inputting the required information (email) and answering the rest of the questions on the Registration Page. This unique code will be sent via email not more than 10 days after registration.

c.

The awarded e-voucher unique code corresponds to a Samsung.com and Samsung Shop app voucher token that partial registrants or complete registrants can use to pre-order the new Galaxy device, with usage mechanics depending on where the registrant/customer will pre-order.

E-voucher Usage for Galaxy Flagship Pre-order via Samsung.com, Samsung Shop App & EPP

1.

Awarded e-voucher unique code can be used at the Samsung Online Store and Samsung Shop App to pre-order the new Galaxy device from January 23-February 13, 2025, with the following guidelines:
 

a.

Customer to input awarded e-voucher unique code before checkout of their pre-ordered new Galaxy Flagship device.

b.

The awarded e-voucher unique code will discount the whole cart as long as the new Galaxy Flagship device is included in the cart.

c.

The awarded e-voucher unique code is not convertible to cash or any other product.

d.

The awarded e-voucher unique code may be availed together with Samsung Online Store and Samsung Shop App’s pre-order offer and with any ongoing promotions during the promo period.

E-voucher Usage for Galaxy Pre-order in participating Samsung Authorized Stores & Experience Stores:

1.

Samsung Galaxy Unpacked Registrants who wish to pre-order the new Galaxy device in participating Samsung Authorized Stores and Samsung Experience Stores will not be able to use the awarded e-voucher unique code. Instead, a new offline voucher code will be provided which registrants can claim by following the steps below:
 

a.

Registrant presents the email in which the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked e-voucher unique code was awarded as proof of registration.

b.

Registrant uses the same email address used on the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked registration to pre-order the new Galaxy device from January 23-February 13, 2025.

c.

Registrants claims the pre-ordered new Galaxy device.

d.

Registrant will receive the new offline e-voucher code via email. The new offline e-voucher code amount is the same amount as the awarded Samsung Galaxy Unpacked e-voucher unique code.

2.

The new offline voucher code can only be used at Samsung Online Store and Samsung Shop App from February 14-May 31, 2025.

3.

The new offline voucher code can be used to discount select Samsung Galaxy devices (Smartphone/ Tablet/ Wearables/ Accessories). E-voucher cannot be used to discount the pre-ordered new Galaxy device.

4.

The new offline voucher code is not convertible to cash or any other products and is not valid for B2B, corporate, or institutional transactions.

5.

The new offline voucher code can be availed with any other ongoing promotions in Samsung Online Store and Samsung Shop App within the promo period.

Mechanics:

1.

Customers can purchase the Pre-registration e-voucher for only ₱500 through Samsung Online Store (Samsung.com/ph) or Shop App.

2.

Upon successful payment, the e-voucher code will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the customer during checkout.

3.

Customers can use the e-voucher during the next Galaxy device pre-order to get a ₱3,000 guaranteed discount.

4.

The guaranteed e-voucher discount worth ₱3,000 is valid only during the next Galaxy device pre-order period.

5.

If unused during the next Galaxy device pre-order period, the e-voucher's value reverts to ₱500 and can be used at any time to any mobile products through Samsung Online Store (Samsung.com/ph) or Shop App.

6.

The e-voucher is valid for one transaction only, whether redeemed during the next Galaxy device pre-order or later for the ₱500 value.

7.

The e-voucher is non-refundable and cannnot be converted to cash.

8.

The ₱500 voucher value cannot be split across multiple transactions.

Steps to redeem:

1.

Purchase the Pre-registration e-voucher for only ₱500 from January 7, 2025 7:00 AM PHT to January 22, 2025 23:59 PM PHT.

2.

Receive the voucher code via email. Check the email address provided during checkout for unique voucher code

3.

During the next Galaxy device pre-order period, apply the voucher code at checkout to avail of the ₱3,000 discount.

4.

If unused during the next Galaxy device pre-order period, the voucher automatically reverts to its ₱500 value.

5.

Use the ₱500 value voucher anytime to purchase any mobile product.
