*Terms & Conditions for Shop App First Purchase Promotion

1. To qualify for the Promotion, you must be a new or existing Samsung Account member and must be logged into your Samsung Account on the Samsung Philippines Shop App (“Shop App”).
2. The promotion is only valid on your first purchase made on the Shop App and limited to one-time usage.
3. During the program period, customer must input promo code APP1KPH upon checkout to avail of the ₱1,000 off with minimum spend of ₱10,000.
4. The promotion is valid from June 20 to December 31, 2024.
5. The promotion can be applied app-wide with a ₱10,000 minimum spend required, and can be used in conjunction with other prevailing Online promotions.
6. Customer may avail this together with 0% Installment and Trade in promotions.
7. The promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, whether in part or full, and is valid for a single transaction only.
8. Samsung reserves the right to reject any order if Samsung determines, at its sole discretion that the usage of the promotion is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
