This step is optional, but in keeping with design thinking principles, taking the opportunity to receive and implement feedback will strengthen your entry and improve your chance of winning! We highly recommend this step!
Simply submit your project plan below by 23 June 2025. Feedback will be provided by 14 July 2025, and you’ll then have until 19 September 2025 to submit your final entry.

Some final tips for submitting your idea:
- Final working prototypes are not required. However, we encourage you to outline or expand on how your idea could be developed further.
- Using simple, conversational language to explain your idea to the judges.
- Please read the terms and conditions and privacy policy in detail before submitting your idea.
- Submitting your activity plan outline early for judges’ feedback is optional, however it is highly recommended
