What if I choose not to sign in or create a Samsung Account?

If you choose to skip the Samsung Account step and not sign in, you will not have access to apps, TV Plus, Ambient Mode and other Smart TV functions. You will only have access to over-the-air (OTA) television content (via tuner or antennas) and be able to connect to external input devices such as HDMI, Cable box or Game Console.
