You may cancel an order on the Samsung Online Store while the order cancel button is available, log in to your Samsung Account and navigate to the below:

My Orders > Track my order > Click on the 'Cancel' button

If your order can no longer be cancelled, Please contact our Customer Service team via email estorenz@samsung.com or live chat support.

Please note that package products can only be cancelled altogether, partial cancellation is not possible.
