In most cases the Voucher will be received the next calendar day after purchasing the Voucher, though delays may occur.

What should I do if I didn’t receive the eVoucher?

Please check your spam or junk folders for the Voucher email and if it has been more than 72 hours after purchase please contact our customer service team on 1300 362 603.

How do I use my Galaxy eVoucher+?

Once you receive your Voucher via email copy it exactly as it is provided including capitalisation and dashes then paste this into the ‘promo code’ field in the cart page during checkout to receive the discount off of the cart total.

What do I do if my eVoucher is not working?

Please ensure that you have copied the code exactly as it is provided in the email sent to you and that you have not used the Voucher on another purchase.

Can I use Samsung Rewards points to purchase the eVoucher?
