2. Complete your purchase and payment for your new Samsung Device.
3. Backup your files & photos, perform a factory reset, remove any SIM and microSD cards, and return your device to our trade-in partner within 3 days of receipt of your new phone. Our trade-in partner will confirm the collection date and time with you.
4. Our trade-in partner will arrive at your doorstep to collect your old device. After inspection, they will confirm the final trade-in amount and payment will be credited to your bank account.
