Can I track the status of my shipment?

We process all deliveries using reputed couriers. To view the status of your order:
1) Click on 'My Samsung'
2) Select ‘Sign In’ or ‘Orders’ if you have checked out as Guest.
3) Enter your order number – from Order Confirmation Email.
4) For guest check out: Enter the email address that was used to placed the order.
5) Status of your order will be displayed.

To track status of delivery:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your delivery on the logistic company’s website.
