Can I receive a refund on my Samsung Rewards points
Samsung Rewards points redeemed on an order can be refunded if the order is returned.
Samsung Rewards points are calculated based on the order subtotal (excluding taxes and shipping, promotional payment methods, as well as any excluded items/products). For a qualified transaction, you will earn Points regards to 1% value of the eligible purchase amount.
1% value can be changed according to internal policy.
(e.g. a purchase of 1,000 AED made > 1%=10 AED → 10 AED=1,000 Points, you will receive 1,000 points after the purchase).
Please note: Samsung Rewards points are exclusive to registered members of the Samsung Rewards program. If you purchase items as a guest, you do not earn Samsung Rewards points. Points will only be earned if you log in to a Samsung account and enrol in Samsung Rewards.
Can I receive a refund for my Samsung Rewards points?
- If you return an eligible product for a refund after Samsung Reward points have been redeemed, you will receive a credit for the same amount once the returned product arrives in our warehouse with no problems.
- If you cancel your order before we send the product, the redeemed amount will be returned within a few days of receiving your order of cancellation.
- For a partial return, you will receive a refund matching the amount of payment in credit card/cash/rewards points.
