How do I check the status of my order?

(If you purchased as a member)

After completing your order / payment, you will receive the order details via email or mobile phone notification. You can also check the order number by logging in to your Samsung account (My Page → Orders).

 

(If you purchased as a guest)

After completing your order/payment, you will receive the order details via email or mobile phone.  You can check your order status through email or mobile notifications.
