Can I change my delivery address

You can change your delivery address until the order status is "Ready for shipping“.

-To change your delivery address, please contact our customer center (☎+962-79-777-7421).

You cannot change your delivery address once your order has entered the "Being delivered" step, which means your item has already been shipped out.
