Step 1 – Buy your new discounted appliance
Find your new appliance and select Yes to Trade-Up on the product page, before you add it to the cart. Then simply identify your old appliance, apply the discount, and check out as usual.
Step 2 – Prepare your old appliance for collection
Ensure your old appliance is ready for collection. If your old appliance is mounted or connected, disconnect or dismount before collection. No packaging required.
Step 3 – We will collect your old appliance.
When we deliver your new appliance, we will collect your old appliance at the same time.

Yes. For example, you wouldn’t be able to give in your old TV for trade-up if you’re buying a refrigerator. It needs to be from the same product category.
How do I return my old TV / Appliance to Samsung?
We will collect your old TV or home appliance when we deliver your new Samsung device. Please have it fully uninstalled, dismounted, disconnected, drained of any water (if applicable) and ready for collection. You are not required to package the old device.
How many times can I claim the offer?
There is no claims limit, but you can only add one trade-up product per order.
How much is my old product worth?
Your old product has zero value. The Trade-up discount is not a trade-in value for the recycled appliance or TV; it is an incentive to recycle your old TV or appliance to purchase a new Samsung product.
