How to Earn Rewards Points

  • Points will be automatically update in a customers’ Samsung Rewards Account once the 14 day cooling period has ended. You may receive Points for the purchases if you opt-in for Samsung Rewards during the cooling period. However, points will not be applied retroactively to any amounts spent prior to enrollment. You can opt-in this by visiting https://www.samsung.com/levant/rewards/

  • Tier is calculated and updated at midnight on the 10th day of each month. Participants qualify for Gold and Platinum tiers based on the cumulative total spend of purchases with completed refund periods, made between the first day 24 months prior to the tier evaluation date and the last day of the month immediately preceding the evaluation date.

  • The Tier Progress Bar is for illustrative purposes only. Points and tier may be different depending on the delivery and return status of customer. Please note that once a customer has qualified for Gold or Platinum tiers, that status is maintained for the next 24 month.
