Warranty Extension due to recent global events

With recent global events affecting the majority of countries in the region, Samsung is adapting its practices to protect the health and well-being of our people and customers.

Therefore, SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS LATINOAMERICA has decided to extend the Warranty Period for all Samsung Products which warranty expires between March 15th to May 15th, 2020 till May 31st, 2020. In order to apply for the Extension, such Products must comply with Samsung’s Standard Warranty Policy.

Products which warranty have been voided, in accordance with our Standard Warranty Policy, are expressly excluded.
