• All Prepaid Options Credit Card, Debit card, Wallet options, Net Banking or any UPI based payment system etc. are available for the Pre-reserve VIP Pass.

• Cash on delivery is not allowed for next Galaxy Pre-reserve VIP Pass.

• The e-voucher if not redeemed till pre book period, will stand cancelled automatically. ₹ 1999~ (Pre-reserve amount) will be ~refunded to the original source of payment, post pre-booking period is over.

• The benefits of pre reserve can be availed only once per mobile number per category (i.e smartphones, watches and buds).

• The pre booking details will be displayed on the pre-reserve page

The Participants will stand a chance to win an e-store voucher worth ₹ 5000 or an e-voucher worth grand prize ₹ 50000 (as applicable).

• 5 winners will be selected Daily during the Pre-reserve Period, who will win an e-voucher worth ₹ 5000 each applicable on Samsung.com or Shop app

No, the selected Daily Winners shall not be eligible for the randomizer draw for Grand Winners.

The results will be uploaded on Social platform /Samsung website within 07 days from the end of the Pre-reserve Period. Samsung representatives will reach out to the winners via Phone / E-mail for the next steps required for claiming the prize.

The process for sharing e-voucher shall be informed to the winners and the same will be subject to submission of valid documents and applicable taxes (if any). The e-voucher can be redeemed on all products listed and available on Samsung Shop App and Samsung.com. The order placed using the e-store voucher is subject to all the T&Cs listed on Samsung shop.
