How to Pre-reserve next Galaxy Device?The Pre-reserve window starts on 17th Sept’24 (12:00 hrs.) till 25th Sept’24 (23:59 hrs).
The steps to Pre-reserve:
• Click on the Pre-reserve button to add next Galaxy Pre-reserve VIP Pass.
• Pay ₹ 1000 /- using any prepaid payment options available on the pre-reserve page.
• You will receive next Galaxy Pre-reserve VIP Pass through email & message on your registered email/ mobile number.
• Referral, welcome voucher, and Loyalty points cannot be used for pre-reserve purchase. -
What are the Pre-reserve benefits?• Be among the first few customers to lay your hands on the next Galaxy device of Samsung.
o You will receive an e-voucher worth ₹ 3499 (“E-voucher”).
o This E-voucher can be redeemed at the time of pre-booking on Samsung Shop (i.e. Samsung.com/in or Samsung Shop App) only on eligible add-on product.
o This benefit will only be availed once main product (i.e. next Galaxy) is added in cart and this e-voucher is applied at checkout.
o The amount, ₹ 1000 paid to Pre-reserve your next Galaxy would be adjusted against the purchase value of the Eligible Device (i.e. next Galaxy).
o The user cannot add multiple eligible add-on products in a single cart. -

What are payment options to Pre-reserve the next Galaxy device?• All Prepaid Options Credit Card, Debit card, Wallet options, Net Banking or any UPI based payment system etc. are available for the Pre-reserve VIP Pass.

Can I avail Cash on delivery on this?• Cash on delivery is not allowed for next Galaxy Pre-reserve VIP Pass.

What happens if I don't avail the e-voucher (pre reserve voucher)?• The e-voucher if not redeemed till Pre-book Period (dates to be revealed), will stand cancelled automatically. ₹ 1000 (i.e. Pre-reserve amount) will be refunded to the original source of payment, post pre-booking period is over.
