Why should we reset the Blu-Ray Player?

When might you need to reset your Samsung Blu-ray player? Here's a list of situations when a reset may be necessary:

1. When the player isn't working correctly.
2. To remove network settings or when network test fails.
3. If there's an issue with the HDMI resolution between the player and your TV.
4. After a firmware update that caused abnormal behavior in the player.
5. When connecting to a new router or network.
6. In case you've forgotten the rating password.

Please note that performing a reset will erase all system, network, and Smart Hub settings, as well as deleting stored BD data.
