How to register Storage in Samsung Link of Samsung Galaxy S4(GT-I9500)?

STEP 1. GETTING STARTED
a). Tap on Apps as shown below :
b). Tap on Samsung Link. Samsung Link screen will be displayed, swipe it to move from MY RECENT CONTENT to DEVICE & STORAGE as shown below :

c). Device & Storage screen will be displayed as shown below :
d). Tap on Menu and then tap on Register storage as shown below :
e). Tap on Sign in to register the storage :
