How to change the device language in Samsung Galaxy S4(GT-I9500)?

STEP 1. GETTING STARTED
a). Tap on Apps as shown below :
b). Tap on Settings. Under Settings, tap on My device as shown below :
STEP 2. CHANGING THE DEFAULT LANGUAGE
c). Tap on Languange and input as shown below :
d). Under Language and input, tap on Language as shown below :
e). Select the language you want to set for your mobile device. For example you want to change the default language to German, select Deutsch (Deutschland) as shown below :
