Galaxy S10 series: Light seems to be faded at the bottom in front camera pictures

The phenomenon that appears on your camera is not faulty. 

It is the normal flare phenomenon which is a well-known characteristic of camera by which strong light enters the lens. When a bright light source is incident inside the camera, you would better to change an angle to avoid reverse light while taking pictures.
