Galaxy Note 9: What should be done if Keypad input is Lagging?

If you attach a screen protector (privacy protection films, tempered glass protectors, etc.) to the touchscreen, the touchscreen may not function properly.

In this case,  please activate ‘Touch sensitivity’  feature to increase the touch sensitivity of the screen for use with screen protectors.

Navigate to Settings > Advanced Features > Touch Sensitivity > Enable
