Galaxy Note 9: Wallpaper is Distorted

Last Update date : Oct 29. 2020

This symptom is a temporary phenomenon and can be resolved via Software Update. Update your device software via Smart Switch PC or FOTA (Firmware over the air).

 

Alternatively it can be solved by changing the wallpaper. Please follow one of below methods to change the wallpaper:

1 From the Settings screen, tap Wallpapers and themes

2 Select background image from Samsung themes and tap SET AS WALLPAPER
.
1 Long press the home screen, tap Wallpapers.
.

2 Select background image from Samsung themes and tap SET AS WALLPAPER
.
.
1 From gallery application, select the image which you want.
.
.
2 Tap more icon and tap Set as wallpaper
.
.
1 From apps screen, go to Google folder and tap Photos.
.
.
2 Select the image what you want.
.
3 Tap more icon and tap Use as.
.
4 Tap Wallpaper.
.
