Can we make Voice Call when phone is locked in Samsung Galaxy S4(GT-I9500)?

With S Voice feature in Samsung Galaxy S4, you can make Voice Call even when your phone is locked. S Voice, Samsung’s voice assistant application comes preloaded on the Samsung Smartphones. It helps you to go hand free and allows you to make calls. You do not need to enable it as it is pre-installed on your Samsung Smartphones.

● To launch S Voice, just press your mobile device’s Home button twice or assign a voice command to wake your phone and launch S Voice even if your phone is locked at the time.
