  • 2012

    At the age of 14, Neeraj Chopra won Gold at the National Junior Athletics Championships with a new national record of 68.4 meters.

  • 2016

    Neeraj won Gold at the South Asian Games and the IAAF World U20 Championships, breaking the world record with a throw of 86.48 meters.

  • 2018

    It was another prolific year for Neeraj, as he won Gold at the Asian Games and the Commonwealth Games. He was also honored with the Arjuna Award the same year.

  • 2020

    The greatest moment of Neeraj’s career was when he became the nation's Golden Boy after his historic Gold at the Tokyo Olympics. His spectacular sporting achievement was honored with the Vishisht Seva Medal.

  • 2021

    Neeraj Chopra was among 12 Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna awardees to be bestowed the honor.

  • 2022

    Neeraj Chopra became the first Indian to win the Zurich Diamond League and the Lausanne Diamond League, as a result, he was honored with the Diamond League Trophy. He also bagged Silver at the 2022 World Championships in Oregon, USA. The same year, he recorded his best throw of 89.94 meters at the Stockholm Diamond League. Neeraj received the Padma Shri and Param Vishisht Seva Medal for his splendid performance.

  • 2023

    Neeraj returned strong and clinched the Lausanne Diamond League 2023 title with the best throw of 87.66 meters.
    His victory continued at the World Championships and the Asian Games.

  • 2024

    Neeraj started his 2024 season on a strong note after securing a second-place at the Doha Diamond League 2024.
