Currently Samsung is only selling Gift Voucher in bulk for B2B requirements.

Currently Samsung Gift Voucher is only redeemable only on https://www.samsung.com/in/giftvoucher/. Gift Voucher will not be redeemable on other online portal or Retail shops.

Samsung E-Gift Voucher has the validity period of 12 months from the date of issuance. Any unutilized balance after expiry will be forfeited.

Samsung gift voucher can be redeemed against all products (MX & CE) listed on Samsung online store.

The entire value of Samsung E-Gift Voucher needs to be consumed in one purchase. Samsung E-Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed in part. In case gift voucher is not fully redeemed in one go, any unutilized balance will be forfeited.

Samsung E-Gift Voucher are available in variable denominations between INR ₹500 – INR ₹10000. There is no limit to the number of Gift vouchers that can be purchased.

Samsung gift voucher will be delivered by Pine Labs as per the corporate requirement. Companies may choose to deliver the voucher directly to their customers OR use Pine Labs platform to dispatch vouchers securely.

Samsung will not be responsible for any loss of Gift Voucher by end user. User will need to raise request with the corporate / partner from where they had received the gift voucher.

User need to visit https://www.samsung.com/in/giftvoucher/, select product and then on payment page. Then user need to select “Have a Samsung Gift Voucher” and enter 16 digit voucher code along with 6 digit PIN and click Redeem. Balance along with expiry will be shown there.

User can only redeem one Samsung E-Gift Voucher against one order.

Samsung gift voucher is one time usable voucher and once used cannot be reloaded. Once voucher is issued / generated the denominations cannot be changed.

User should select product which is of equal or higher value than Gift Voucher. If order is placed of product with lower amount than Gift Voucher, any remaining balance will get forfeited.

Regular Consumer offers will be applicable as per terms of the offers, including affordability, upgrade and bundle offers. But promotional offers like Welcome Voucher, Referral Vouchers etc. will not be applicable.

User can pay the differential amount via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking, Selected Wallets, UPI, EMI after redeeming Gift Voucher.

In case of payment failure / Network error where order could not be completed, the voucher value will be reinstated back within 2 hrs. User can re-use the same voucher code.

Order cancellation is eligible in the first 2 hours of order placement via ‘cancel’ button available under Orders. In such case Voucher value will be re-instated once cancellation is completed. Partial cancellation of order is not allowed. The entire order needs to be cancelled.
• If your order is eligible for cancellation, a ‘cancel’ button will be available for up to 2 hours* of order placement. If you need to cancel, please do so within this timeframe.
• If ‘Cancel’ button is not active* or post 2 hours of order placement, then the order is too far along the fulfillment process and cannot be modified or cancelled at this time. Even our Order Support team is unable make any changes to it.
• Any cancellations or doorstep rejections after 2 hours of order placement, will be charged basis the below grid as per the invoice value. This amount will be adjusted from the final refund amount.

User need to contact the Samsung Customer service team within 24hr of receiving defective product. In such case the product value will be refunded back to the customer within 7-10 business days. Regular terms of service will apply in similar manner for lost in transit cases.
