Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (“Samsung”) introduces a pre-reserve offer (“Pre-reserve Offer”) on next Samsung Galaxy Devices (“Eligible Device(s)”).

  • How to Pre-reserve next Galaxy Device?

    The Pre-reserve window starts on 26th June’24 (04:30 hrs.)

    The steps to Pre-reserve:

    • Click on the Pre-reserve button to add next Galaxy Pre-reserve VIP Pass.
    • Pay ₹ 1999 /- using any prepaid payment options available on the pre reserve page.
    • You will receive next Galaxy Pre-reserve VIP Pass through email & message on your registered email/ mobile number.
    • Referral, welcome voucher, Loyalty points cannot be used for pre-reserve purchase.

    • Be among the first few customers to lay your hands on the Samsung next Galaxy device.
    • You can receive an e-voucher worth up to ₹ 8999
      • An extra benefit up to ₹ 7000 through e-voucher to spend on samsung.com or at Samsung Shop App (on selected products, read TnCs).

      • If user buys an eligible add-on product less than their pre reserve voucher (i.e. e-voucher), then he/she will lose the benefit of difference amount of the pre-reserve voucher.
      • If user has added multiple eligible add-on products in a single cart, the pre-reserve voucher amount will be reduced from the total value of the eligible add-on products in the cart in the ratio of their product price proportionately.

    • You will receive a welcome email post successful Pre-reserve clearly detailing the pre-reserve voucher code.
    • Please visit us on samsung.com/in or Samsung Shop App & purchase the next Galaxy using your voucher to avail exciting benefits.
      • While logging in to buy the Eligible Device (i.e. next Galaxy)in pre-book period, use the same login id (mobile number or email address) used during pre-reservation for the next Galaxy.
      • If you pre-reserve as a guest user, kindly login with the phone number provided with shipping address

    • All Prepaid Options Credit Card, Debit card, Wallet options, Net Banking or any UPI based payment system etc. are available for the Pre-reserve VIP Pass.

    • Cash on delivery is not allowed for next Galaxy Pre-reserve VIP Pass.

    • The voucher if not redeemed till pre book period, will stand cancelled automatically. ₹ 1999 (Pre-reserve amount) will be refunded to the original source of payment, post pre-booking period is over.

    • The benefits of pre reserve can be availed only once per mobile number per category (smartphones, watches and buds).
