What is Samsung Cloud and how do I use it to backup or restore my data?
Please note: from June 30 2021, Gallery Sync and Drive storage will no longer be supported by Samsung Cloud and any stored data will be deleted. These features will now be supported by Microsoft OneDrive. You can find more information about thetermination of Samsung Cloud services here.
Samsung Cloud allows you to backup, sync and restore content stored on your device. You'll never lose anything important to you and can seamlessly view photos across all devices. If you replace your phone, you won’t lose any of your data because youcan copy it across using Samsung Cloud.
Backing up your device to the Samsung Cloud will copy your content or data, and create a restore point. You can use this to restore your content or set up a new device.
Follow the steps below to back up your data to Samsung Cloud:

PLEASE NOTE: that if you already have backup data from other devices, you can restore it to the new device. To do this choose Backup Device and select the device you wish to use.
