How to claim in 5 easy steps
Follow the steps below to find out how to claim your free gifts if you pre-ordered Galaxy S21 5G, S21+ 5G or S21 Ultra 5G from a partner retailer.
Step 1:
Pre-order from a partner retailer
Make sure you pre-ordered Galaxy S21 5G, S21+ 5G or S21 Ultra 5G from a partner retailer between 14.01.21 - 28.01.21
Step 2:
Receive and set up your phone
When you've received your Galaxy S21 5G, S21+ 5G or S21 Ultra 5G, set it up, add your SIM and connect to your chosen network.
Step 3:
Claim on Samsung Members
Open the Samsung Members app, which is pre-installed on your new phone, and go to the benefits section. Complete the online claim form, upload your proof of purchase and provide all other required information. Claims must be submitted between 28.01.21 - 27.02.21.
Step 4:
Receive your validation email
Our team will review your claim, and you will receive an email to confirm when it has been validated.
Step 5:
Receive your gifts
Your 2 free gifts will be delivered within 45 days of validation to the address provided in your claim.
