What you need to do

Buy a selected Samsung TV or Soundbar from Samsung.com or a participating retailer between 25.01.23 and 14.03.23.
Step 2
Click ‘Claim now’ below and complete the online claim form. Provide all required information between 30 - 60 days of purchasing your selected TV or Soundbar.
Step 3
Our team will review your claim, and you will then receive an email to confirm when it has been validated.
Step 4
You will receive your cashback reward within 30 days of your claim being validated.

When do I make my claim?Claim within 30 to 60 days of purchasing your TV. The day of purchase counts as day 1.

I haven't received my TV yet, what should I do?You must still begin your claim within the 30-60 day window, and select the option within the claim form that states “I have not received my products yet”. You can then return to your claim form once you have received the products to complete the claim.

How do I get the extra cashback?Buy a TV and audio product from the same retailer to get an extra €60 cashback. These can be purchased and claimed for either together or separately. If claiming them separately, make sure to use the same email address when making the claims.

Participants who purchase Promotion Products between 25.01.23 – 14.03.23 from Participating Retailers are eligible to claim a cashback reward paid via bank transfer.
