What if I forgot to spend Galaxy Credit before checkout or have unused remaining credits? Can I request for refund?

Galaxy Credit must be redeemed in the same transaction as the purchase of the Designated Product. If the Galaxy Credit is not fully utilized in the same transaction, the remaining amount would be forfeited and cannot be used for the next transaction. We do not accept request for refund on the Galaxy Credit.
