Can I track the progress of my order?

After completing an order at the Samsung Online Shop, Education eStore or a Partner eStore, you can log in to the relevant store to check the order progress.

After logging in, click "My Page → Orders" in the upper right corner of the page to view order details.

Order details can also be queried through "Chat with Samsung Expert" (Samsung official website → click "Chat with Samsung Expert" in the lower right corner).
