If I make duplicate payments, what can I do?

Duplicate payment refers to a case where more than two payments are made in the same amount for a single order. Duplicate order refers to a case where two orders of same items are placed due to system error.

If you notice any sign of duplicate payment either at the end of your payment (email, text, app push, etc.) or during the settlement of the payment, please contact the call center ☎3698 4633 (Hong Kong) or 0800 333 (Macau). Our customer service team is available 10am to 7pm daily. The refund process takes 7-14 working days depending on your payment method.


Please DO NOT accept repeated order delivery or open the parcel if you have already received it. Once the packaging is opened, we are not able to refund the order.
