Can I change the delivery/installation schedule?

Any amendments of order of TV, AV, home appliances, monitors and its accessories (i.e., delivery date, delivery time session or adding items, etc.), please inform Samsung at least 2 working days (excluding Sunday and public holidays) before the prior agreed delivery date.

The order of mobile devices will be delivered within 3 business days. Any amendments will not be allowed once the order is shipped. Please contact the call center ☎3698 4633 (Hong Kong) or 0800 333 (Macau) for any enquires about delivery status. Our customer service team is available 10am to 7pm daily.
