Now E 2022 Mega Football Event Pass

Terms and Conditions

1. Now E 2022 Mega Football Event Pass (the “Pass”) (World Cup) is provided by PCCW Media Limited (“PCCW”). You may redeem a subscription to the Pass (“Subscription”) by redeeming the applicable redemption code or promotion (“Code(s)”) that you have been given on the Now E mobile application (“App”) or the official Now E website www.nowe.com (“Website”). Codes are valid until 17 January 2023 at 23:59:59 pm. Your Subscription will become effective upon purchase or upon redemption of Code, and will expire on 17 January 2023 at 23:59:59 pm.
2. Once your Subscription becomes effective, you may enjoy a total of 2022 Mega Football Event matches, live and catch-up, via the App, the Website or Android TV Box.
3. Your Subscription includes 4K live video streaming and catch-ups of a total of 64 2022 Mega Football Event matches. The 2022 Mega Football Event is scheduled to start on 20 November 2022 and end on 18 December 2022. Catch-ups of 2022 Mega Football Event are expected to be available within 24 hours after the corresponding live matches have finished. Your Subscription will expire after 17th January 2023 23:59:59 pm.
4. You must redeem the code on the App, Website or via Now E Android TV box no later than 17 January, 2023 to activate the Pass, otherwise the code will be expired and you will not be compensated.
5. Please note that all programming accessed via the Pass can only be used in Hong Kong for your private domestic viewing only and must not be shown or exhibited for any public or commercial purposes.
6. Samsung Electronics H.K. Co. Ltd and PCCW shall not be liable for invalidation or loss of any promotion code; and/or any delay or failure to broadcast any matches.
7. Supported devices include Mobile device: Apple iPhone and iPad (iOS / iPadOS), Android Mobile and tablet (Android OS), Huawei Mobile and tablet (Harmony OS), Now E supports the latest and one previous version of the above mobile device operating systems. Computer and web browser: Mac: macOS Big Sur or newer version (iOS app not supported), Chrome, Safari, PC：Windows 10 or newer version, Chrome Edge (Chromium version). Smart TV and TV box: Now E Android TV box, Android TV (Android TV model and set-up box with Android OS 8.0 or later), LG TV (2020 models or newer with WebOS 5.0 or later), Samsung TV (2019 models or newer with Tizen OS 5.0 or later). Now E also supports AirPlay, Chromecast and HDMI. Requirements relating to supported devices are subject to change from time to time. Please refer to www.nowe.com for the latest requirements.
8. All program content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers. Dates and times of all matches and sporting events may be subject to change from time to time so please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and event organizers for the latest information. Please note that PCCW cannot guarantee the continued availability of the channels, programs and services on the Now E service for the entire duration of your Subscription; and it shall not be liable for any unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any matches and/or programming.
9. By using the Pass, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by the, terms and conditions herein, the “Now E 2022 Mega Football Event Pass Terms and Conditions, Now E Terms and Conditions, the Now E Things To Know and the Now E Android TV Box Terms of Use (available for viewing at https://www.nowe.com/tnc/worldcup2022, https://www.nowe.com/tnc, https://www.nowe.com/help/thingstoknow and https://www.nowe.com/tnc/tvbox, respectively).
10. Users must use a TV or computer monitor with 4K display resolution, and also with mobile data network or LAN/Wi-Fi network that meets the minimum bandwidth requirements (25 Mbps) to enjoy an optimal viewing experience. For details of 4K video streaming device and system requirements, please refer to https://www.nowe.com/tnc/plll.
11. The Pass cannot be exchanged for cash, returned or resold; and will not be replaced if damaged.
12. The Pass and Now E are provided by PCCW. In the event of any disputes arising from or relating to the Pass or Now E, PCCW’s decision is final. In the event of any disputes arising from or relating to this offer, HKT’s decision is final.

The Frame TV Promotion (this “Promotion”) is organized by Samsung Electronics H. K. Company, Limited ("Samsung") and will be held between 1 Nov 2024 and 30 Nov 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
Participants who purchased designated models of Samsung TV genuine products from authorized dealers or distributors in Hong Kong & Macau (Display unit is not entitled for any offers) will be eligible to participate in this Promotion (each an “Eligible Customer”).

Each Eligible Customer, who purchased Designated Product and completed registration during the Promotion Period, will be eligible to redeem corresponding gifts of this Promotion as stated above (“Gift”).
Each Eligible Customer is only entitled to register to redeem and receive the Gift for 2 times; each Designated Product can be registered for redemption for only 1 time.
The Gift is on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
Gift redemption letter will be sent through email.
To redeem the Gift of this Promotion, each Eligible Customer shall complete the online registration on or before 31 Dec 2024, and bring along the redemption letter, sales receipt (Handwritten receipt will not be accepted) , electronics payment receipt, warranty card and barcode from the product carton box to designated redemption centre for redemption on or before 31 Jan 2025. The Gift will be forfeited if Eligible Customer fails to complete the registration or collect the Gift within the designated period. Samsung reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer from the Gift where it has reasonable grounds to believe that Eligible Customer has violated these Terms and Conditions or any instructions and/or requirements of this Promotion, or that Eligible Customer may have gained an unfair advantage by participating in this Promotion or redeemed the Gift using fraudulent means.
The Gift cannot be transferred or sold, cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers/gifts. Samsung reserves the right to change or substitute the Gift with other offers/gifts of a comparable or equivalent value as it deems fit.
The Gift is only available to an Eligible Customer who purchased the Designated Product for private and domestic use.
Monthly subscription fee may be automatically charged upon the expiration of Art Store offer (free subscription period). Please refer to the respective APP subscription / cancellation terms and conditions for payment details to avoid incurring additional charges.
Samsung provides 1-year warranty Sound bar HW-S801D、Sound bar HW-S801B, Soundbar HW-S61B, Sound bar HW-S701D & 3-year warranty for 32” The Frame since the redemption day. Each Eligible Customer acknowledges and agrees that Samsung is not the supplier of the other gifts. Samsung shall not be held liable for the other gifts, including but not limited to, the quality, supply, description or warranty service of the gift 3.
Art Store offers are applicable to APP TV version only. Customers are required to connect their TV sets to a valid Internet (IP address must be located in Hong Kong territory), on their own accord, in order to enjoy the APP offer.
Each Art Store activation code can only be used once and for only one TV set.
Each Eligible Customer acknowledges and agrees that Samsung is not the supplier of the other gifts. Samsung shall not be held liable for the other gifts, including but not limited to, the quality, supply, description or warranty service of the other gifts.
Customers are solely responsible for any costs and expenses (such as Internet data and monthly subscription fees) incurred in connection with or arising out of the Art Store offer.
By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Customer agrees to exempt and exclude Samsung from all claims or liabilities of any nature arising from participating in this Promotion or otherwise related to this Promotion, including but not limited to, any damage or loss caused by the acquisition, receipt, possession, use or misuse of the Gift or other reasons, and any claim or ground for litigation of any type or nature which the Eligible Customer may potentially possess based on such damage or loss. The above disclaimer is not applicable to damage or loss caused by fraud (including misrepresentation), or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Terms with the effect of disclaiming liabilities in these Terms and Conditions shall be applied to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
Each Eligible Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Samsung harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal costs on an indemnity basis) arising from any misconduct or negligence, as well as breach of these Terms and Conditions for which such Eligible Customer is liable.
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted due to any reason beyond Samsung's reasonable control, including but not limited to computer system defects, breakdown of web services, virus infection, hacking, technical failure and/or any force majeure events, Samsung reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this Promotion, in whole or in part, as appropriate. Samsung shall not bear any liability therefrom.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Promotion or relating to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, Samsung reserves the right of final decision.
By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Customer agrees that any personal data provided in connection with this Promotion will be collected, used and retained by Samsung, its affiliates and its third party service providers (whether in Hong Kong or abroad) (collectively “Data Users”) for the purposes of (i) verifying eligibility and identity of Eligible Customer, (ii) Gift redemption related and other purposes directly related to this Promotion. Such personal data will be kept in strict confidence and not be disclosed to other third party or used for any other purposes without Eligible Customer’s consent. Data Users will collect and use the personal data in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Samsung Privacy Policy. No person other than the Eligible Customer and Samsung will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce these Terms and Conditions or enjoy any benefits therein.
A Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is provided for reference only. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
These Terms and Conditions and /or any claim or dispute arising from or in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict or choice of law provisions. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.
If any terms in these Terms and Conditions is judged to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be replaced by a term which achieves Samsung’s intention to the greatest extent possible, and the validity and enforceability of the rest of the Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
