"Guess the Numbers of SSS Panda's" Prize Game


Terms of Participation:
1. Customers who purchase brand-new genuine Designated Products in Hong Kong Samsung Experience Stores, Samsung Online Shop, authorized resellers or authorized distributors in Hong Kong during the Promotion Period and complete the registration and participate in the Prize Game (“Game”) on the designated website. The number of chances that customer can participate in the Game depends on the purchase of different Designated Products.
2. Customers who purchase any non-Designated Products or other Samsung products, can participate in the Game and make registration at the designated website at the Hong Kong Samsung Experience Stores, designated authorized retailers or authorized distributors’ shops. (Customers who purchase non-Designated Products or other Samsung Products can get one chance to participate in the Game only).
3. Customers who purchase brand-new genuine Designated Products and complete registration and the Game in the designated website can check the announcements of the winners in the following three phases:
For customers who completed the Game between December 9 and December 15, 2024, the winners will be announced on the designated website from December 16 to December 18, 2024, and the winners will also be notified individually.
For customers who completed the Game between December 16 and December 22, 2024, the winners will be announced on the designated website from December 23 to December 25, 2024, and the winners will also be notified individually.
For customers who completed the Game between December 23 and December 29, 2024, the winners will be announced on the designated website from December 30, 2024 to January 1, 2025, and the winners will also be notified individually.
4. For customers who purchase non-Designated Products or other Samsung products and complete the Game between December 23 and December 29, 2024, the winners will be announced on the designated website from December 30, 2024 to January 1, 2025, and the winners will also be notified individually.

Game Flow:
1. Submit the Model and IMEI/Serial #number of the purchased Designated Product, purchase date, preferred gift, personal contact information as well as Hong Kong or Macau Identity Card number (The first 4 digits including alphabet) at the designated online registration website.
2. Customers who purchase any non-Designated Product or other Samsung products, can participate in the Game at the Hong Kong Samsung Experience Stores, designated authorized retailers or authorized distributors’ shops.
3. Guess the correct number of the SSS Pandas in the designated picture and submit your answer.
4. Successfully complete the registration.

Conditions of Winning:
• The first five customers in each week who successfully completed the registration and correctly guessed the total number of the SSS pandas and submitted the correct answer (each “Winning Customer”) will win the Gift.

Redemption Flow:
1. All Winning Customers will be contacted individually on or before January 19, 2025 and invited to the designated Samsung Experience Stores to complete the Gift redemption. A redemption letter will be sent by email to the Winning Customers.
2. The Winning Customers must bring the original purchase receipt, redemption letter and Hong Kong or Macau Identity Card to the designated Samsung Experience Stores within the designated period to complete the identity and eligibility verification and Gift redemption in person.

Terms and Conditions

    1. "Guess The Number of SSS Panda's" Prize Game (this “Promotion”) is organized by Samsung Electronics H. K. Company, Limited (“Samsung”) and will be held between December 09, 2024 and December 29, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
    2. This Promotion is available to each customer who buys brand new genuine Samsung or Galaxy Products from any Hong Kong Samsung Experience Stores, Samsung Online Shop, authorized resellers or authorized distributors in Hong Kong during the Promotion Period (each an “Eligible Customer”).
    3. By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Samsung reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, please check for updates on the Promotion page, the latest version shall prevail. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
    4. Each Eligible Customer, who buys the brand new genuine Samsung or Galaxy Products during the Promotion Period, will have chance to win a “Special Edition Panda Go! Fest x Samsung SSS Panda“(“Gift”).
    5. The information and instructions (including the Participation & Redemption Flow) stated above constitute a part of these Terms and Conditions.
    6. Each Eligible Customer is only entitled to redeem and receive the Gift for 1 time.
    7. The Gift is subjected to limited quota and will be awarded to the first five Eligible Customers who provided the correct answer the fastest in each week.
    8. All information shall be based on the record of the online registration. If Eligible Customer fails to receive the redemption notifications or complete the verification process for Gift redemption due to any information that he provided for this Promotion is incorrect, inaccurate or inconsistent with any promotion instructions, Samsung shall bear no responsibility whatsoever.
    9. The Gift will be forfeited if Eligible Customer fails to complete the registration and redemption within the designated period and in accordance with the above requirements and any instructions published in this Promotion. Eligible Customer shall not make any claim against Samsung whatsoever, and Samsung shall not bear any liability whatsoever.
    10. Samsung reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer from the Gift where it has reasonable grounds to believe that Eligible Customer has violated these Terms and Conditions or any instructions and/or requirements of this Promotion, or that Eligible Customer may have gained an unfair advantage by participating in this Promotion or redeemed the Gift using fraudulent means.
    11. The Gift cannot be transferred or sold, cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers/gifts. Samsung reserves the right to change or substitute the Gift with other offers/gifts of a comparable or equivalent value as it deems fit.
    12. The Gift is only available to an Eligible Customer who purchased the Designated Product for private and domestic use.
    13. Non-end users (including but not limited to, distributors and resellers) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
    14. Except where expressly provided herein, each Eligible Customer shall bear any costs, expenses and relevant tax payments incurred resulting from participating in this Promotion and no reimbursement may be sought from Samsung.
    15. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Customer agrees to exempt and exclude Samsung from all claims or liabilities of any nature arising from participating in this Promotion or otherwise related to this Promotion, including but not limited to, any damage or loss caused by the acquisition, receipt, possession, use or misuse of the Gift or other reasons, and any claim or ground for litigation of any type or nature which the Eligible Customer may potentially possess based on such damage or loss. The above disclaimer is not applicable to damage or loss caused by fraud (including misrepresentation), or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
    16. Terms with the effect of disclaiming liabilities in these Terms and Conditions shall be applied to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
    17. Each Eligible Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Samsung harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal costs on an indemnity basis) arising from any misconduct or negligence, as well as breach of these Terms and Conditions for which such Eligible Customer is liable.
    18. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted due to any reason beyond Samsung's reasonable control, including but not limited to computer system defects, breakdown of web services, virus infection, hacking, technical failure and/or any force majeure events, Samsung reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this Promotion, in whole or in part, as appropriate. Samsung shall not bear any liability therefrom.
    19. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Promotion or relating to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, Samsung reserves the right of final decision.
    20. By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Customer agrees that any personal data provided in connection with this Promotion will be collected, used and retained by Samsung, its affiliates and its third party service providers (whether in Hong Kong or abroad) (collectively “Data Users”) for the purposes of (i) verifying eligibility and identity of Eligible Customer, and (ii) fulfillment of Gift redemption and other purposes directly related to this Promotion. Such personal data will be kept in strict confidence and not be disclosed to other third party or used for any other purposes without Eligible Customer’s consent. Data Users will collect and use the personal data in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Samsung Privacy Policy. Please refer to Samsung website (//www.samsung.com/hk_en/info/privacy/) for details of Samsung Privacy Policy. Eligible Customer shall have the right to request access to and correction of his/her personal data held by Data Users, and such request can be made to Samsung’s Data Privacy Officer at privacy.sehk@samsung.com.
    21. No person other than the Eligible Customer and Samsung will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce these Terms and Conditions or enjoy any benefits therein.
    22. An English version of these Terms and Conditions is provided for reference only. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
    23. These Terms and Conditions and /or any claim or dispute arising from or in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict or choice of law provisions. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.
    24. If any terms in these Terms and Conditions is judged to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be replaced by a term which achieves Samsung’s intention to the greatest extent possible, and the validity and enforceability of the rest of the Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
