Participants who purchased the (QD) OLED TV S95B series (QA65S95BAJXZK, QA55S95BAJXZK) from below designated sales channels in Hong Kong (Display unit is not entitled for any offers) (“Designated Product”) will be eligible to participate in this Promotion (each an “Eligible Customer”).

These Terms and Conditions and /or any claim or dispute arising from or in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict or choice of law provisions. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.
