The Galaxy Tab Active3 inherits the stylish, rugged and portable design of the Galaxy Tab Active2. It comes with 8-inch TFT WUXGA display, and is MIL-STD-810H certified and IP68 dust and water-resistant. Enhanced features such as touch sensitivity help improve its performance and productivity, so that professionals like first responders can work efficiently and safely in the most challenging environments and conditions to meet the diversified needs of business operations. The Galaxy Tab Active3 will be available from October 23.

The Galaxy Tab Active3 is specially designed for users in extreme environments. It comes with 8-inch TFT WUXGA display and is MIL-STD-810H certified, enabling excellent anti-shock and anti-collision features. Users can always use the tablet freely, even in the most challenging environments or when wearing gloves[1].

 

- Super Touch Sensitivity: The Galaxy Tab Active3 has higher touch sensitivity to help professionals who use gloves often, like first responders, in controlling the tablet conveniently and avoiding the safety risks of removing gloves.

 

- Enhanced Shockproof: The Galaxy Tab Active3 is equipped with stronger shock absorption ability than the previous model. With an inbox protective cover, it is now able to withstand drops of up to 1.5 meters[2], providing peace of mind when taking it around at work.

 

- IP68 Rated Dustproof and Waterproof[3]: With water and dust resistance based on the IP68 rating, the tablet, together with the S Pen, can withstand being put in freshwater up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes, which meets the demands of outdoor work.

 

- MIL-STD-810H Certified: The Galaxy Tab Active3 comes with solid and durable design that meets U.S. military standards. It functions under extreme environments such as salt fog, sand and dust, humidity, rain and radiation, with anti-shock and anti-collision features.

The Galaxy Tab Active3 is equipped with the powerful Exynos 9810 processor, 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage supporting up to 1TB external MicroSD card for large files. Supporting super-fast Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, users can quickly upload and download big files. Fast network connectivity is assured even in crowded areas. 

 

The tablet comes with the long-lasting, replaceable 5050mAh battery, so that users can change a new one immediately when running out of battery.
