Ultra HD Cameras and All-round Nightography for Equally Stunning Day and Night

The Galaxy S23 series comes with Samsung Galaxy's most advanced camera system and a wide range of professional-grade photography features, allowing users to capture the beauty of landscapes, the glamour of the night, or the fun of gathering with friends and family with a selfie, with clear details and perfect lighting for every moment of life.

All-round Upgraded Nightography: Visual noise that usually ruins low-light images is corrected by the Galaxy S23 series’ new AI-powered image signal processing (ISP) algorithm which enhances object details and color tone, the images can remain sharp and detailed even under low-light environment. The upgraded Night Portrait Mode utilizes AI to automatically analyze the distance between the subject and background to enhance the bokeh effect, creating a more striking portrait.

200MP Enhanced Camera: Galaxy S23 Ultra is equipped with the first-ever 200MP Adaptive Pixel sensor that uses pixel binning to support multiple levels of high-resolution processing at once for richer colors^[1]. The Galaxy S23+ and S23 are equipped with a 50MP camera that brings bright and detailed photos.

To meet today’s users’ passion for social media and other hobbies, Samsung has included a Super HDR selfie camera in the Galaxy S23 series for the first time, jumping from 30fps to 60fps, with 12MP front camara and fast autofocus feature, the content will be smooth and clear no matter if it is a selfie, video or conference call.

Sharp and Stable Cinematic Videos: The Galaxy S23 series has also enhanced its videography technology. Videos are stable with enhanced optical image stabilizer (OIS) angles on Galaxy S23 Ultra. Object-based AI is able to analyze the light of the environment and the details of the subject, including facial features such as hair and eyes, fully captures the target’s dynamic movements. In addition, the outcome of the videos recorded will feel more cinematic with enhanced 8K video^[2] at 30 frames per second^[3] with a wider angle. Personalized and Creative Photo-editing Tool: The Expert RAW app^[5] is a professional photo-editing tool available exclusively on Samsung Galaxy. With Expert RAW, users can now take 50MP pictures with Expert RAW without any bulky camera equipment and edit in RAW or JPEG format. Users can also sync RAW photos to the Galaxy Book3 series and adjust the details on a larger screen. Expert RAW now introduces new features that allow users to capture a clear view of the Milky Way with Astrophoto settings, or experiment with Multiple exposures to create unique photo art. In anticipation of the future of ultimate digital realism, Galaxy S23 Ultra comes ready to support real-time ray tracing for more lifelike renderings of scenes as it comes to the mobile gaming mainstream. The Galaxy S23 series also offers improved power efficiency. The Galaxy S23+ and S23 have 4,700mAh and 3,900mAh of power respectively, both 200mAh more than their predecessors^[10], while the Galaxy S23 Ultra's 5,000mAh battery^[11] lasts 20% longer than the Galaxy S22 Ultra^[12]. The Galaxy S23 series is available in four classic colors: Phantom Black, Cream, Green and Lavender. The Galaxy S23 series has a wider variety of recycled materials than any other Galaxy smartphone, including pre-consumer recycled aluminum and glass and post-consumer recycled plastics sourced from discarded fishing nets, PET bottles and water barrels. For example, the Galaxy S23 Ultra uses recycled materials from 12 internal and external components, twice as many as the Galaxy S22 Ultra. Plus, every Galaxy S23 smartphone comes in a redesigned packaging box which applied paper made with 100% recycled paper.
