我需要三星帳戶才可下載應用程式嗎？

只需要簡單的數個步驟便可登入至用家的三星帳戶，予用戶可以自行下載需要的應用程式。如果用家欲在Galaxy Store下載應用程式，便必須登入至三星帳戶。不過，有些應用程式可不必登入也可下載，如Galaxy Essentials。

登入至三星帳戶

關於您的三星帳戶更多資訊

可以，但用家需要先登出原有的三星帳戶，再登入至其他三星帳戶。

請先到Galaxy Store並點選「功能表」，按「設定」圖示，再按「三星帳戶」，最後點選「登出」。

請注意：當用家登出三星帳戶時，其相關連接的Samsung Cloud、Samsung Pay等資料也會一併刪除。

如果用家無法記起三星帳戶和密碼，可以在三星帳戶網站尋找您的帳戶或重設密碼。

請先開啟並登入至Galaxy Store，以更改您的密碼。

請注意：如果用家更改密碼後，所有已連接至三星帳戶的裝置將自動登出。用家需自行登入，以同步聯絡人、SmartThings、Samsung Pass及其他應用程式等資料。
