I am someone who doesn't need a phone that has all these bells and whistles. I just like a phone to be simple and does what a phone is suppose to. I like the battery life because depending on how much I use it, I don't need to charge until night time. The camera seems good but I have not used it to its full potential and I'm not a tech expert to know what a good camera is like. The size of the phone is great for me, it's not to big and not too small and it is not heavy. Some reviews on YouTube say it is a "boring phone" but sometimes boring is better.

Wie fast alljährlich, habe ich auch dieses Jahr wieder zum neuen Galaxy gegriffen und mein vorheriges S25+ zum Trade-In gegeben. Ich bestätige viele vorherige Bewertungen, dass die Veränderungen im Gerät fast nur in der Software zu erkennen sind. Die Performance durch einen neuen Prozessor merkt man aber schon sofort beim Öffnen von Apps und im täglichen Gebrach. Leider war ich dieses Jahr sichtlich enttäuscht als es um die Portierung der Altdaten auf das neue S26+ ging. Ich mußte fast jede App im Nachhinein manuell updaten, und mit den individuellen Passcodes erneut einrichten. Das war beim S24 zu S25 besser. Warum auch immer.

En eigenlijk nog steeds is er niks mis met mijn S23+ maar na twee generaties heb ik hoopvol zitten wachten op de S26+. Bij het uitpakken alleen al voelde ik meteen al de kwaliteit. Eerst opladen tot vol en daarna de installatie, het handige van dit ecosysteem is dat vrijwel alles meteen werd overgezet, ik merkte eigenlijk meteen dat alles net weer een stuk sneller gaat, verfijnder is en gewoon werkt als verwacht, dat is vooral het voordeel, je weet alles meteen weer te vinden, alleen voelt alles nieuwer en qua user input gewoon sneller.

However, the longer you use it the better it is. From feeling slightly lighter to hold, to having an amazing new feature of the privacy screen on apps of your choice. With life on constant move I find it very useful especially when I need to do some banking on the train. The mobile seems faster and screen looks graphically better than it's precedes or. I really like the Ai features as well especially being able to highlight and select and ask anything about images or texts at any time.

I purchased mobile but realised order was wrong. Chat support missed a step. What a nightmare to fix. Samsung have lied and refused to fix or refund order. Website is clear about cancelling but they do not follow what is posted they make there own process. This process is about delaying refund as long as possible, refusing to provide customer support, refusing to investigate complaints seriously. Even emailing CEO same response. Told while in shipping my responsibility and depending on condition on return they can deny refund. This is for an online store pick up. Their courier I never even get to see the mobile.

It's snappy, with no signs of lag no matter what I throw at it. The design is solid, elegant and quality built. The only feature I find unnecessary is built in Ai. Don't get me wrong, it's useful, but tbh the Ai image editor and other Ai facets aren't perfected yet. They seldom do exactly as you ask, they produce results which can have you re-doing an image multiple times or asking Ai voice assistant to stop so you can re-phrase the question to get your desired result. Useful features, built in.. At this level? Unnecessary!

Solidly built. Seems to be responsive but overall no real difference from the 24+ worth the upgrade if you actually need a quality phone but nothing to jump for in this model. Very easy set up and transfer it was exceptionally well done. The battery life seems inconsistent right now waiting for the battery optimization ai to take over after it's initial learning phase. Camera I have yet to see a difference from the s24. Display oddly is set to standard mode. They have an option to increase the resolution off by default but based on battery so far I wonder if this model was ever intended to use that option

It was getting very slow and not holding its charge. I loved my S21. Upgrading to the S26+ was an easy decision for me. It's not much bigger in dimensions to the S21, so that's a plus for me. The camera is just flippin awesome. I took some great shots at the zoo of the butterflies, and the quality, clarity of the close ups, is definitely 10 steps up from the S21. I'm still working my way around all the new features, but this phone is super fast. And setting it up with Smart Switch kept everything how I had it set-up on the S21. I hope I get 5 to 6 years out of the S26+

I don't notice any speed increases or much difference at all. I've used Samsung for over 10 years and always buy my phones outright. I feel like nothing much has changed for many, many years. I really wish they'd done the charging magnets on the back. A big let down that wasn't included. The AI stuff is ho-hum too. On the up side, it's a solid phone and works as expected. I feel like all the fanfair was towards the Ultra phone. Some of us want smaller phones (not that this is much smaller) with the same features like the privacy screen.

And i glad i did. The +plus size is a tiny bit noticeable in my hands, but the bigger screen area is awesome. Beautiful clear screen, easy to operate and was a super easy transition over from old phone to new just plugging both phones together and voila'. I still have to figure out pictures, as my old phone had them all organised a certain way, but the new is different. Only thing i probably wish hadn't changed, but I'll figure that out. Otherwise super dooper happy with my new purchase. The pink/gold colour i bought is really pretty too! No regrets.

Transferring from the old phone was a breeze and facilitated by the inbuilt process. I managed to get it up and running with minimum fuss and bother - familiarity with OneUI and Samsung's phones probably helped. I took the phone camping over the Easter weekend and put the camera through it's paces with fantastic results! Night time shots were just what I expected and gave me the photos I wanted. There's a wee glitch with the wallet when I open it... keeping my eye on it and if it's an ongoing problem I can't fix, will be taking it back to Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded and parted ways with my S23+ Ultra and chose to remain with Samsung based on the battery life that my dependable S23 served me for well over 3 years. The Samsung S26+ is great, a nice polished encased design. I got the violet and love it! Samsung have done a great job, moving from that encased to a metal unibody which is why i had to part ways from my S23+ Ultra as the back had started coming off exposing the battery. I am so glad to have upgraded and love the easy transition seems the longevity of consistent software upgrades means that you don't have to relearn anything in the ecosystem. I am looking forward to keeping this samsung for awhile! Faster processor makes such a difference too!

Jahrelanger treuer Samsungkunde, der auch diesmal das Eröffnungsangebot wahrgenommen hat. Das S26+ überzeugt, bietet für mich allerdings sowohl optisch als auch technisch keinen echten Mehrwert zu vorangegangenen Modellen. Wirkliche Innovationen erschließen sich mir nicht. Dennoch bin ich von Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und Service überzeugt und daher bei Samsung geblieben. Das wird allerdings, sollte es so bleiben, für die Zukunft nicht mehr ausreichen fürchte ich. Bis dahin habe ich allerdings erneut einen zuverlässigen Begleiter mit allem, was ich benötige.

For a supposed upgrade, I found the negatives of the S26 far outweigh any positives compared to my much older A5. I can no longer operate many of my Bluetooth 5.1 receiver devices that purchased within the last 12 months. It does not even detect them, whereas my old Samsung A5 phone still can. Additionally, the user interface offers similar functions but with less intuitive and direct functions that require more clicks and selections. I am considering returning this phone and replacing it with another phone that can do what I need it to do.

De instellingen waren zo over gezet met SmartSwitch en na alles ingesteld te hebben, de telefoon in gebruik genomen. De telefoon is aanzienlijk sneller dan de S24, heeft totaal geen moeite met zowel mijn werk profiel als mijn eigen privé profiel. Switchen tussen applicaties is echt een verademing hoe snel dat gaat, ten opzichte van de S24. Batterij gaat aanzienlijk langer mee dan voorheen, en vooralsnog hoef ik hem maar 1x per dag op te laden. Daarnaast Android Auto gelijk geprobeerd, en ook daar merk ik een sterke verbetering. AI is een leuke toevoeging, maar mist helaas de Nederlandse taal nog met oproepen screenen. Als die functie ook zou werken in het Nederlands, is het helemaal af.

Everything online says to install Samsung software (ie move "gboard") etc but this makes the phone feel cheap and not the beautiful layout native Samsung. AI, Android auto, voice typing etc etc, just is incredibly slow compared to my previous (much much older) pixel devices. For the price you pay, and the "sluggishness" i can't rate above 2 stars. The phone is beautiful and amazing though, just feels incredibly slow and unresponsive.

It is going on 7 years old and nothing wrong with it. I don't know how many times it's fallen out of my pocket on concrete mud and stairs. It has been subjected to dust, hot sparks and humidity and never stops going. This new phone is shaping up to be the same and I am keeping the S10e for a spare backup. The S26 has more storage and is a dream to use.

I have been a Samsung Galaxy owner from way back and every 3 years I get a new upgraded phone, Never been disappointed with any of Samsung's products. Really excited for my new S26 plus. So far so good...Love it! Battery lasts longer than my S23 FE, Fast and smooth performance, Camera is better and crisper, And the display is perfect. Never had any durability issues with any of my Samsung phones. Been a owner for 15 + years. I as own the S9 Tablet and love that also....and 4 TV's.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from my faithful overworked S23 to the just released S26. *Firstly, the normal nightmare of an upgrade was all but non existent, just follow the instructions and in a short time my new S26 was up and running with all my information, bar a couple of login confirmations. * I found I had almost zero learning curve to do what I used to do with the old S 23. And the new stuff was not that hard to learn either. * The only surprise was the weight, The S26 ultra is noticeably heavier than my old S23 Ultra. * The built in Sim and e-sim is a great boon to me because I can have two different carriers. All carriers have black out spots and this feature help navigate that issue. * In short if you want the best phone on the market today, like the ease of use (right out of the box) its a no brainer to get yourself in to the S 26 club

Tenía un S22, que me ha dado un muy buen resultado en todos los años que lo he tenido y estuve pensando comprar el S26 por el tamaño (siempre me han gustado "pequeña". Finalmente compré el S26 plus y no me puedo alegrar más: aunque de mayor tamaño en la mano la diferencia no se nota tanto y por contra si se aprecia en la pantalla. I upgraded to the new S26+ The 1st issue I had was not all of my data transferred across to the new phone. After many attempts the data was lost. The 2nd issue is the alarm, I set it when going to bed and some days it works as expected and other days the phone lights up but there is no sound. I no longer trust the alarm. Not a good start with the new S26+

The colours I wanted sadly weren't available, so I was recommended the S26+. I was reluctant, but thought I'd give it a go - I have not looked back. This is a fantastic model - big screen, amazing battery life, extremely responsive touch interface, great camera, and I'm sure there's lots of other features I haven't explored yet. Lovin' it!

Gran teléfono, solo le encuentro un "pequeño" problema, la duración de la batería, es más bien escasa para un teléfono de gama alta con el que se supone que tiene que aguantar al menos un día de trabajo. Some new features of the mobile camera need to be learnt as I was used with the N8. I haven't got the opportunity to explore other functionality yet. I like the most the maximum level of battery to be charged, it helps me not to over charged it. I like to be able to group the most used Apps together, but I don't know how to do it yet.

Vor einem Monat gekauft und noch am zweifeln. Ich bin vom S10plus umgestiegen und das hauptsächlich, weil beim alten so ganz langsam der Akku schlapp macht. Dachte ich zumindest, denn gefühlt hält der vom S26+ nicht viel länger. Das Display ist in jedem Fall besser. Die Kamera eher nicht. Mir fehlt auch der Pulsmesser, den es im S10plus noch gab. This year I went with the 26 plus and it's a better size, still has most of the good stuff and performs well. Maybe im getting old but I used just buy the most expensive one but this year I didn't and I'm happy with it. For "everyday people" I think the plus is the go.

Het is een fijne telefoon en snel in vergelijking met mijn oude S23+. De camera is ook een goede vooruitgang en de batterij gaat ook goed mee. Daarnaast is ie makkelijk te gebruiken, omdat de huidige Android besturingssystemen vergelijkbaar zijn met de oudere modellen. De prijs is wel wat pittig, maarja dat is jammer genoeg normaal tegenwoordig. Ik vindt de AI functie niet echt nodig zelf. Dus heb het zelf uitgezet.

Bought this phone to replace my S21 that was no longer on the update list. Phone is solid. Battery seems to be doing great. Camera is really good. Display is as vibrant as is expected from a Samsung phone. Has no issues running any games or apps I use. I don't plan on dropping it, but it feels as though it will be as durable as my previous Samsung phones.

Honestly, I don't feel that the s26 is that much different from the s22 even though it's been 4 years, so I don't feel a lot of progress has been made. I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
