We are currently aware of the ongoing issue with the Messaging app and are actively working towards a resolution.

In the meantime please try the following troubleshooting solutions:

1. Reboot your device - Press and hold the power button and the volume down button on the side of the Samsung device until you see the option for 'Restart' and restart your device
2. For Samsung Messages(Default), Clear cache and clear data and try switching to Google Android messages app
3. Reset all settings of the phone. Settings>>General Management>>Reset>>Reset all settings
4. Uninstall updates of the Message app.
