Access your Samsung Account after One UI 6.1 Software Update

Please note: If you are experiencing difficulty logging into their Samsung account after the latest One UI 6.1 Software Update. Before proceeding with the software update, please update your 2 Step Verification details for your Samsung account.

Troubleshoot Solution: Skip Samsung Account login process
If you have already updated your device to One UI 6.1 and are experiencing issues logging into your account. Please click the “Set up later” button during the Samsung account login or creation process. If you do not see this function, please restart your device and attempt again.

If you are unable to see the ‘Setup later in Settings’ option, then try restarting your device and repeat the above steps.

Troubleshoot Solution: Disable Software Updates
If you have not already updated your software, you can disable the latest One UI 6.1 update with the following steps:
• Settings > Connections > More connection settings > Private DNS > Set to Auto or Off
• Settings > Apps > Samsung Account > Overflow menu (3 dots in the opt right) > Uninstall updates

After following these steps, please check and update your Samsung two step verification information and Samsung account information before proceeding with the Software Update.
