Why didn't I receive the in-app item after payment in the Galaxy Store?

Depending on your network connection status, the delivery of in-app items may be delayed. Please close Galaxy Store and check the history of your Galaxy Store purchases using the following steps:

Step 1. Launch “Galaxy Store”.

Step 2. Tap the “Menu” icon from the main screen.

Step 3. Tap “Receipts”.

Step 4. Tap “Items”.

If you still have not received the in-app item, check if the product was delivered to you. You can do this by following the next steps:

Step 1. Launch “Galaxy Store”.

Step 2. Tap the “Menu” icon from the main screen.

Step 3. Tap the settings icon located at the top right of the Galaxy Store menu.

Step 4. Tap “Contact us.”

If you need to check your receipt for Galaxy Store information such as an order number, purchase history or payment method, follow these steps:

Step 1. Launch Galaxy Store and tap the “Menu” icon from the main screen.

Step 2. Tap “Receipts”.

Step 3. Tap “Items”.

Step 4. Tap an item to open the receipt.
