What to do if you can’t see a registered device in the SmartThings app for the Galaxy Watch?

If you're unable to see a registered device in the SmartThings app for Watch, follow these steps:

1 Open the SmartThings app on your connected phone.
2 Navigate to the Device tab and locate the card for the specific device.
3 Long press the device card, and then tap Set as favourite.

4 Once added to your favourite devices, it will be visible and accessible on your Galaxy Watch through the SmartThings app.

How to update the SmartThings app for the Galaxy Watch?

To update the SmartThings app for Watch, you have a couple of options:

  • Automatic Updates: If you have enabled automatic updates in the Google Play Store, the app will update automatically when a new version is available.

  • Manual Update: Alternatively, you can manually update the app by following these steps:
1 Open the Google Play Store on your mobile device.
2 Search for the SmartThings app using the search bar.
