Samsung Rewards is a loyalty rewards program that allows participants to earn points by purchasing qualifying Samsung products through Samsung.com/ca and through the Samsung Shop app, and by participating in special offers, if applicable. Participants may redeem points towards the purchase of Samsung products through Samsung.com/ca and through the Samsung Shop app. 

Samsung Rewards is open to legal residents of Canada who are at least 13 years of age of older. Participants must have a valid Samsung Account ID to participate in Samsung Rewards. 

To enroll in Samsung Rewards, you must create a Samsung Account and agree to the Samsung Rewards Terms & Conditions. You can also enroll by visiting Samsung.com. After logging into your Samsung Account, you can find My Samsung > Rewards > enroll by accepting the Terms and Conditions of Samsung Rewards

No, Samsung Rewards registration and benefits are available through your Samsung Account. Therefore, you must have a Samsung Account and enroll in Samsung Rewards by consenting to the Samsung Rewards Terms and Conditions. 

There is a limit of one Samsung Rewards Account per person, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same email address for the Samsung Account.

You can check your Samsung Rewards status by signing in to your Samsung Account and clicking on Samsung.com/ca > My Samsung > Rewards.

Yes, Samsung Rewards is synced with your Samsung Account. As long as the same Samsung Account is used on Samsung.com/ca and your Samsung devices, your Samsung Rewards Points will sync. 

Participants must remain active in the Samsung Rewards program to retain the points they earn by earning or redeeming points at least once every 24 months. If a Rewards Account is inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months, a participant’s points will expire and the participant is deemed to have forfeited such expired points. Once points are expired, they cannot be reinstated, although a participant may earn new points, unless their Rewards Account has been deactivated. You will receive notification 30 to 60 days prior to such expiration. 

The Samsung Rewards Program launched on April 4, 2024. Purchases made before that date are not eligible for any Samsung Rewards Points. Participants may only earn points on qualifying purchases once they have joined Samsung Rewards. Please see the Term and Conditions for more information. 

You will receive notification 30 to 60 days prior to the expiration of your points. Samsung may temporarily extend the period before points expire without notice to you. Any such extension is without prejudice to Samsung’s right to reinstate the expiration period; however, you will receive notification 30 to 60 days prior to the expiration of your points.

If you cancel your earning activity such as cancellation of purchase, points can be negative when your balance is less than points cancelled. 

Participants may earn points by purchasing Samsung products through Samsung.com and through the Samsung Shop App, and by participating in special offers.

"Reserved Status" of rewards are rewards issued but not yet active (redeemable) which could be referred as Pending Rewards. In most cases this is the result of not yet having met the earn timing. Points are earned following purchase confirmation received from the customer. (Purchase confirmation : Your purchase will complete 15 days passed after you receive product)

Points will be earned at a rate of one-half of one percent (0.5%) of the final purchase price of any qualifying product. Each point has a redemption value of $0.005 and participants must redeem a minimum of two (2) points in any transaction using points. 

Samsung Rewards points are only earned on qualifying products purchased through Samsung.com/ca or the Samsung Shop app. Participant will receive points based upon the Final Purchase Price paid at check out (whether paid-in-full or approved for Samsung or other financing) on qualifying products. The “Final Purchase Price” means the purchase price of the qualifying product less any discounts (including use of points for such purchase), value of free gifts, coupons, promo codes and gift certificates redeemed and does not include taxes, shipping, eco fees, other fees, if any, or other products or services that we may specify from time to time. Certain products are not eligible for reward points, including but not limited to those placed by resellers, third parties, or as the result of fraud. Your Samsung Rewards points are calculated based on the subtotal of qualifying products, excluding any discounts (including use of points for such purchase), value of free gifts, coupons, promo codes, gift certificates redeemed, taxes, shipping, eco fees and other fees.

Certain payment methods and order types do not earn Samsung Rewards Points. Payment methods ineligible to earn Samsung Rewards Points include redeemed Rewards and Gift Cards. Exchange orders may not be eligible.

There is no limit to the number of points earned and redeemed per a day.

If you purchased as a guest, you will not earn Samsung Rewards points. Points will be earned if you log in to Samsung Account and enroll to Samsung Rewards.

Samsung Rewards points may be redeemed toward the purchase of qualifying products on Samsung.com/ca or the Samsung Shop app.

If a qualifying purchase is returned for any reason after points have been credited, Samsung will deduct the corresponding amount of points from the participant’s Rewards Account.
